The development of stratospheric platforms is on-vogue as evidenced by the interest shown by the space sector in the HAP4ESA congress organized by the European Space Agency. More than 200 participants with promising proposals to promote the development of stratospheric flight systems (pseudo-satellites), both in applications of communications and Earth Observation.
